If you’d like to get fitter, stronger or lose weight, joining a gym may not always be the best option for you. Maybe gyms even intimidate you. Lots of people, lots of strange equipment… where to go and what to do?! And what structure do you follow? Because you’ll achieve better results with structure.
Although The Wellbeing Hub does offer a gym, if that’s not for you, this is where Personal Training (PT) comes in.
PT is fast-becoming a popular alternative to regular gym membership and joining classes.

At The Wellbeing Hub, you will have your very own Personal Trainer, who will work with you on a plan and then deliver that plan to help you reach your goal.
There may be some exercises not suited for you, so this is very much tailored to you. Just because you see other people pounding away on the treadmill doesn’t mean it has to be in your programme!
Get to know the exercises, get to know the equipment, and you’ll soon be in an awesome routine and enjoying the one-on-one attention, benefits and results.
PT at The Wellbeing Hub starts at £40 a session.
If you prefer to block book your PT, you’ll enjoy ten sessions for a discounted total of £360.
